General Terms

Account Registration

Creating Your Account

Currency

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds and free spin winnings. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is displayed in the promotion details. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have a validity period, after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Expiry periods are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Check individual promotion terms for game contribution rates.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bdbajee 14 platform, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with this Agreement. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits on the Platform.
• Exploiting any software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that mimics or replaces genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other game format where collusion could provide an unfair advantage.

Account Suspension & Closure

bdbajee 14 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• The account holder has engaged in bonus abuse or any form of unfair play.
• Continuing to provide services to the account holder would expose bdbajee 14 to legal or regulatory risk.

In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, bdbajee 14 may freeze account funds while an investigation is conducted. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, the frozen funds may be forfeited in full.

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bdbajee 14 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any eligible real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

Liability & Dispute Resolution

Limitation of Liability

When submitting a complaint, please include your registered account username, a detailed description of the issue, the relevant date(s) and transaction reference(s), and any supporting evidence. Incomplete complaints may take longer to investigate.
